According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Tisoy will trigger moderate with occasional heavy rains over Cagayan Valley, as well as in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora province on Wednesday.
Last spotted at 290 kilometers west southwest of Subic in Zambales, Tisoy is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday morning as a low pressure area.
