NGCP, however, assured that affected lines will be inspected and restored once the weather improves.

According to the 2 p.m. bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Typhoon Tisoy initially hit land in Gubat, Sorsogon, at 11 p.m. Monday and as of Tuesday, made another landfall in San Pascual, Burias Island in Masbate, Marinduque, and Naujan in Oriental Mindoro.
