LEGAZPI CITY –– Close to 200,000 evacuees who sought refuge in private and public evacuation camps in Albay were allowed to return home on Tuesday, the Albay Public Safety Emergency and Management Office (Apsemo) said.

Cedric Daep, chief of Apsemo, said the decampment order was signed by Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara as weather conditions improved throughout the province.
