MANILA, Philippines — Four members of youth group Panday Sining were arrested and detained at the Manila Police District (MPD) headquarters on Saturday.
Lt. Col. Carlo Magno Manuel, chief of the MPD Public Information Office, said the four Panday Sining were being held at the MPD General Assignment and Investigation Section for investigation.
As of this writing, police have yet disclosed the names of the Panday Sining members.
According to militant group Anakbayan, the four were arrested while they were on their way home from a rally held on Bonifacio Day.

Anakbayan members staged an indignation rally in front of the MPD headquarters on U.N. Avenue in Manila, calling for the release of the arrested members.
