LEGAZPI CITY — Classes and work were ordered suspended on Monday, Dec. 2, in the province of Catanduanes as precaution for the onslaught of Typhoon Kammuri, which was expected to make landfall there.
Shirley Abundo, acting governor, said all classes in public and private schools would be suspended. All work in government offices was suspended, too, except for that needed in emergency situations.
