Cloudy skies, rain showers expected on Tuesday – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines – The tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over Quezon province, Bicol region and Eastern Visayas, the state weather bureau said Tuesday.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that residents living in the aforementioned areas should watch out for possible flash floods and landslides.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring cloudy skies with light rains over the Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected in Metro Manila, Ilocos Norte and Central Luzon also due to the “amihan”.
Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers to the rest of the country, Pagasa said.
