Pusher falls in Tabaco City buy-bust, yields 4 sachets of meth

LEGAZPI CITY—A suspected pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tabaco City, Albay province on Monday, Nov. 25, according to police.

Josel Carael, 33, was taken into custody after selling crystal meth, or shabu, to an undercover agent around 2 a.m., according to Tabaco police.
