NCRPO launches 24-hour hotline for 30th SEA Games
MANILA, Philippines — Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, acting chief of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), launched on Saturday the official hotline of the Metro Manila police for the Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, which will be hosted by the Philippines.
Called NCRPO SEA Games, the hotline is open 24 hours. The SMS and Viber hotline numbers are 0915-983-4636 for Globe subscribers and 0998-325-5626 for Smart subscribers.
Sinas said the hotlines are for SMS and Viber messages only and will “strictly” not accept calls for the “sustainability mechanism of the hotline.”
Personnel from the NCRPO’s Operations Division will monitor reports, questions, and complaints sent through the official hotline which will then be referred to respective task group commanders for immediate action.
Sinas has assured the public that the NCRPO will render prompt response to queries and concerns sent through NCRPO’s official hotline for the games.
