Mechanic killed in Albay town accident

LEGAZPI CITY –– A mechanic died after the dump truck he was fixing accidentally ran over him in Daraga town, Albay noontime Tuesday.

Captain Dexter Panganiban, spokesperson of the Albay police, said Sammy Buhay, 40, was doing repair works underneath the truck when its wheel stopper accidentally detached, causing the vehicle to move and run over the victim in Barangay Budiao around noon.
