LUCENA CITY –– Two suspected drug pushers, one of them a 17-year-old, were arrested with half a kilo of marijuana in a buy-bust operation in Catanauan town in Quezon province on Sunday night.

Anti-illegal drug operatives collared Czerjohn de Ocampo, 21, after he and his teen associate sold marijuana to undercover police and an informant in Barangay 9 at 10:50 p.m., Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said in a report.

Police seized several pieces of marijuana smoking paraphernalia and plastic sachets of marijuana weighing half a kilogram with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P7,000.

Authorities also confiscated a motorcycle believed being used by the suspects in their distribution activities targeting students and out-of-school youths as clients.
