PNP OKs release of P7.4B for cops’ bonuses
The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday approved the release of P7.4 billion for the yearend bonus of the more than 205,000 policemen nationwide.
Each uniformed and civilian personnel will receive a bonus equal to one-month salary in addition to P5,000 cash gift from the national government, according to Police Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac, PNP spokesperson.—MELVIN GASCON
