The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its 5a.m. weather update on Friday, said Ramon slightly intensified while heading towards Luzon.
The tropical storm is expected to make landfall either Sunday night or Monday morning in northern Luzon, the state weather bureau added.
