3 suspected ‘meth’ pushers held in Quezon
LUCENA CITY – Three alleged drug pushers were arrested in two separate buy-bust operations in Mulanay and Sariaya towns in Quezon province on Tuesday.
Anti-illegal drugs operatives arrested Edwin Losloso, 52, and Jefferson Advincula, 37, after they sold “shabu” (crystal meth) to a police agent in Barangay Gibanga in Sariaya around 7:30 p.m., Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said in a report.
Advincula tried to escape when he sensed that they were dealing with a police poseur-buyer but was immediately collared by a back-up police officer.
The suspects yielded three sachets of meth worth P3,052 in the street market.
In Mulanay, Marvin Mendoza, 35, was busted in another drug sting in Barangay Bagupaye around 12:30 p.m.
Police seized two sachets of meth worth P4,440 from the suspect.
