Classes suspended in N. Samar due to tropical depression
MANILA, Philippines — Classes are suspended in all levels, both private and public, in the province of Northern Samar for Wednesday, Nov. 13 due to Tropical Depression Ramon.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) earlier raised Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 over Eastern Samar and eastern portion of Northern Samar.
