3 nabbed in ‘shabu’ session in Nueva Ecija
TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija –– Police arrested three drug suspects after they were caught sniffing “shabu” (crystal meth) inside a house here at dawn on Wednesday.
Police Lt. Col. Alexie Desamito, town police chief, identified the suspects as Melvin Alfaro, 39; Leonor Agustin, 37; and Marites Baldedara, 50.
Desamito said the police recovered from the suspects, who are all residents of Barangay Calipahan, 15 sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth), drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.
