2 dead, 1 hurt in Cagayan road accident
TUGUEGARAO CITY — Two persons died while another was injured in a two-vehicle collision along the national road in Solana town, Cagayan province on Sunday, police said.
Investigators identified the fatalities as Reymund Rondanes of Aparri town and a certain Joshua.
Injured was Freddie Campit, who was taken to a hospital but is in critical condition.

Police Staff Sergeant Ronnie James Canapi, Solana town police investigator, said Rondanes was driving his kolong-kolong (improvised tricycle) when it was hit by a motorcycle from the opposite lane.
According to investigators, the motorcycle riders were drunk during the collision. /je
