2,298 pass chemical technician licensure exam

MANILA, Philippines — A total of 2,298 examinees passed the October 2019 chemical technician licensure exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday.

A graduate of Adamson University topped the list of passers after garnering a rating of 93.50 percent followed by Ed Ivan Mesa Bordoquillo from Ateneo de Manila University and Jeb Reece Habulan Grabato from University of the Philippines – Visayas who both garnered 92.50 percent.

Teody Lagnason Gumabat from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, meanwhile, scored 92 percent.

PRC said a total of 2,834 examinees took the chemical technician licensure exam given in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, and Cebu.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.

“The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later,” PRC said. /TSB
