7 arrested in 3 anti-drug raids in Legazpi coastal villages

LEGAZPI CITY—Narcs seized close to P300,000 in shabu, or crystal meth, and arrested seven suspects in three raids in two coastal villages here on Thursday, Oct. 10.

Cotton Talento, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) spokesperson, said at least 39 sachets of shabu, weighing about 400 grams, were seized during the raids.

Arrested during the first raid on a drug den at the village of Pigcale were Marlon Lovino, 45; Ryan Valencia, 33, and Rey Estipona, 33; Donald Velasco, 49, and Sammy Andres, 43.

At another raid at the same village, PDEA agents arrested Jesus Oro Basallote, 63, and seized from him some 10 grams of shabu.

At another drug raid at the village of Sabang, operatives arrested Joya Losanez and seized from him some 10 grams of shabu.
