LUCENA CITY –– Police arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Lucena City on Thursday night.

The suspect, tagged by the police as a notorious drug pusher in the village, yielded two plastic sachets of shabu weighing 5.2 grams worth P28,600 in the street market at P5,550 per gram.

A police operative said concerned villagers tipped off them about the rampant drug peddling in the area. Delfin T. Mallari Jr./lzb
