LUCENA CITY — At least eight youngsters allegedly involved in separate robbery incidents were arrested in Tayabas City and Mauban town in Quezon province on Sunday, police said.

Policemen in Mauban town nabbed a 15-year old boy and his five other younger cohorts after they broke into the house of one Alexander Bataanon in Barangay (village) Sadsaran Mauban early Sunday, Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said in a report.

The report said the boy entered the house while the victim was sleeping and took away three mobile phones and P6,800 cash money while his cohorts were acting as look-outs.
