Delivery boy arrested for cracking bomb joke in Parañaque

MANILA, Philippines — A delivery boy landed in jail for cracking a bomb joke as he was about to enter the premises of a Parañaque resort and casino on Friday.

The Parañaque City Police said Saturday the incident happened as they were inspecting the delivery motorcycle of 30-year-old Reynaldo Balisi as he was to enter the iTheater Driveway of  the Solaire Resort and Casino.

While inspecting the motorcycle, police said Balisi suddenly said: “May bomba dyan,” referring to his delivery box.

The suspect was then arrested, police said as a complaint for violation of Presidential Decree 1727 or the bomb joke law is being readied for filing.  /muf
