Duterte names  BCDA’s Dizon as presidential adviser for flagship programs

MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) chief Vince Dizon as presidential adviser for flagship programs and projects, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said Friday.
