Senior citizen shot dead in Albay town

LEGAZPI CITY – A senior citizen was shot and killed in a remote village in Daraga, Albay Tuesday night.

Police Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol regional police force spokesperson, said Eriberto Lomerio, 64, was driving his tricycle when he was shot at
close range by a lone assailant in Barangay Mabini at around 6:40 p.m.

Lomerio was rushed to Daraga Doctors Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival. /gsg
