HERMOSA, Bataan — Incessant rains on Monday triggered flood up to waist-deep in three low-lying villages in this town, local disaster officials said.

Villagers in Almacen, Polo and San Pedro said they observed murky and blackish flood water, which they believed could have been from a dressed chicken plant in the town.
