LIST: Canceled flights on Tuesday, August 27, 2019

MANILA, Philippines – Several flights were canceled on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 due to inclement weather.

In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority said that the following flights are canceled:

DG 6111 Manila – Naga

DG 6112 Naga – Manila

DG 6113 Manila – Naga

DG 6114 Naga – Manila

DG 6117 Manila – Naga

DG 6118 Naga – Manila

Cebu Pacific

5J 506: Manila – Tuguegarao

5J 507: Tuguegarao – Manila

Three areas have so far been placed under Signal 2 due to Tropical Storm Jenny, while 26 areas are under Signal 1.

According to the state weather bureau, Jenny was last spotted 375 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon.

It has maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph), and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

It is expected to hit Aurora province either Tuesday night or early Wednesday as it moves 25 kph towards the direction of northwest./gsg
