2 brothers dead in Bohol collision

TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol –– Two brothers were killed after their motorcycle collided with a car in Dagohoy town, Bohol, on Monday.

Police Staff Sergeant Jerry Pacanza of the Dagohoy Police Station identified the fatalities as Jess Cañada, 26, and his elder brother, Edward, 41—both residents of Barangay Cagawasan in Dagohoy.

Pacanza said the victims were on their way home from Carmen town at 1:53 p.m. on Monday when their motorcycle rammed into a Toyota Vios along the national highway in Sitio Corvada in Barangay San Vicente in Dagohoy.

The Toyota Vios, which was driven by Cesar Barotil, 59, was heading towards Loon from Barangay Mahayag in San Miguel town.
