MANILA, Philippines — At least 200 passengers have been stranded in some ports of Luzon after authorities prevented them from traveling Monday noon due to inclement weather.

Based on the monitoring of the Philippine Coast Guard, a total of 210 passengers were stranded in ports located in Bicol (96 passengers), Northern Quezon (81 passengers), and Calatagan in Batangas (33 passengers).

Further, some 11 vessels and 10 motorbancas were likewise disallowed to sail due to rough sea conditions. /kga
