MANILA, Philippines – A train of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) reportedly broke down at Guadalupe station, stranding passengers rushing home on Friday evening.
Netizen Renan Santos complained that the MRT-3 management failed to issue a statement about the stalled train, noting that he has been waiting for a train for more than 30 minutes.
Time check 8:30pm,” Santos wrote on Twitter.
