2 teens yield P150K ‘shabu’ in Angeles’ red-light district

The Angeles City Tourist Auxiliary (Acta) on Tuesday arrested two teenagers after they were caught carrying P150,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a known red-light district in Angeles City.

Police Maj. Dickson Tolentino, police station 4 commander, identified the suspects as Cantil Darell Yalung, 18, of Barangay Amsic and Regie Bonifacio, 18, of Diamond Subdivision, both in Angeles City.

Acta personnel said the suspects acted suspiciously when confronted along Fields Avenue around 4:30 a.m.

When subjected to a body search, the suspects yielded a sachet containing the alleged shabu.

The suspects are facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. /lzb
