TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol –– A newborn baby was found dead in a creek in Barangay Looc in Jagna town, Bohol on Tuesday morning.
Police Staff Sergeant Leonardo Penido of the Jagna Police Station said residents in the area reported the incident to the Jagna Emergency Medical Rescue Unit.

He said people believed the baby boy was thrown into the creek just hours after it was born since he still had his umbilical cord attached.
