TUGUEGARAO CITY-A 42-year-old Austrian national and his 20-year-old girlfriend were indicted on Friday (Aug 2) after they were arrested in a buy-bust operation here, police said on Sunday (Aug 4).

Investigators said David Sigl, 42, and his live-in partner, Leilanie Bartolome, 20, were arrested inside their apartment in Ugac Norte village after the couple sold a pack of marijuana brick weighing some 250 grams to an undercover agent.
