2 weather systems to bring rain in the country
MANILA, Philippines — Two weather systems will bring rains in most parts of the country, the state weather bureau said Wednesday.
The southwest monsoon, which continues to affect the western section of Luzon, is being enhanced by a tropical depression outside the Philippine area of responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
Pangasinan, Zambales and Bataan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
A trough of a low pressure area on the eastern side of the country will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather with chances of isolated rains, Pagasa said.
