Duterte includes BCDA in Cabinet’s infra cluster
MANILA, Philippines—President Rodrigo Duterte has included the President of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) in the Cabinet infrastructure cluster.
In his Executive Order 86 signed July 25, which was released on Tuesday, Duterte noted that the BCDA’s role in the conversion of the Clark and Subic military reservations, other public infrastructure projects, and in the ‘Build, Buid, Build’ program, “warrants its inclusion as a member of the infrastructure cluster.”
The infrastructure cluster is headed by the Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
