‘Bikoy’, Gadon, the dream team of non-credibility – Trillanes
MANILA, Philippines – Former senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Tuesday said Peter Joemel Advincula, alias “Bikoy,” and lawyer Larry Gadon have formed the “dream team of non-credibility.”
“On the one hand, we have credible public personalities and bishops and priests and on the other, we have Bikoy and Larry Gadon. That is the dream team of non-credibility,” Trillanes said in an interview on ABS-CBN News Channel.
Trillanes made the remark after the Philippine National Police-Criminal Detection and Investigation Group (PNP-CIDG) recently filed sedition and other complaints against Vice President Leni Robredo and 35 other individuals for their alleged link to the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” video series which tagged President Duterte’s family and allies to the illegal drugs trade.
Advincula’s affidavit was used as basis for the filing of case against Robredo and 35 other personalities. Gadon is Advincula’s legal counsel.
Advincula claimed to the “Bikoy” the hooded narrator in the video series.
After initially linking the President and his allies to the drug trade, he recanted and said the release of the video series is the handiwork of the opposition in time for the midterm elections last May.

“Probably, I would like to believe that the target is opposition in general because it is intended to send a chilling message across the opposition,” the former senator said when asked if Gadon will file an impeachment case against Robredo. /gsg
