Marvin Ortega was apprehended while driving a truck carrying P194,000-worth of yakal lumber at the village of Pulong Matong in General Tinio town around 4:30 a.m. Pedro Roque, chief of the NBI Cabanatuan District Office, said Ortega had no permit to transport the lumber from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
