WATCH: Rescuers retrieve body of quake victim in Batanes

Rescuers retrieve the body of Jenward Mina from the rubble of a collapsed house in Brgy. Sta. Maria in Itbayat, Batanes following a pre-dawn quake that struck the country’s northernmost municipality.
