MANILA, Philippines — Protesters who rallied along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City for President Rodrigo Duterte’s fourth State of the Nation Address (Sona) allegedly vandalized a part of the government’s MRT-7 project.

Based on the photos, graffitis such as “Oust Du30” and “Du30 Taksil” were spray-painted on the concrete walls.

According to Emmanuel Amarinero, detachment commander for Blackhounds Security and Investigation Agency Inc. of the MRT-7 project, rallyists vandalized the newly constructed concrete walls of the rail track for the train.
