MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte has yet to arrive at the House of Representatives for his fourth State of the Nation Adddress (Sona).

Presidential Security Guard (PSG) Spokesperson Capt. Zeerah Blanche Lucrecia said Duterte is still at Bahay Pagbabago in Malacañang.

Lucresia did not provide details on why the President was late for his Sona scheduled at 4 p.m. at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.

Former Special Assistant to the President and now Senator Christopher “Bong” Go said the delay was due to bad weather.

Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said Duterte left Bahay Pagbabago at 4:30 p.m via chopper. /kga
