Pasay police received a text message from the Pasay police station Tactical Operation Center about the victim, Tsai Yen Chen, 22, who is being kept against his will at Saiyan Travellers Inn along Domestic Road in Pasay City.
The tip prompted police to launch an operation, coordinating with the inn management to double check if, indeed, Tsai was being held illegally at the inn.
When police entered the room, they found the victim in a bed and the two suspects in another bed.
