SAN PEDRO CITY –– Intermittent rains triggered by Tropical Storm “Falcon” left several houses damaged and forced families to evacuate in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro provinces.

As of Thursday, at least 54 persons remained in an evacuation center in Bongabong town in Oriental Mindoro, the regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (DRRMC) said.

This was after the flood rose on Wednesday and damaged 15 houses made of light materials in Barangay Camantigue.
