Motorist gunned down in Makati

MANILA, Philippines – A motorcycle-riding gunman shot and killed a senior citizen motorist along Osmeña Highway in Makati City on Sunday morning, the Makati City police reported.

The victim, identified as 63-year-old Jesus de Guzman was with his wife aboard a  silver Honda CRV along Osmeña Highway in Barangay Bangkal at around 8:25 a.m. when he was shot.

The gunman, clad in an olive green jacket and white helmet, sped off towards EDSA –Pasay City.

Further investigation and pursuit operations against the gunman are ongoing. /gsg
