Isko Moreno wants Chinese man deported for peeing in public, assaulting village exec
MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso will ask the Bureau of Immigration to deport and ban the Chinese national caught peeing along a street in Binondo last Saturday night.
The Chinese national also hit Barangay 281 Chairman Jeff Lau who confronted him for doing such repulsive act.
Based on a complaint, the name of the Chinese national is Chito Villaluz, 45.
“If you hit our enforcer, if you attempt to hurt our policemen because you are (a) superpower, you believe that malaking bansa kayo, you are not welcome to the City of Manila,” Moreno said Monday during a press conference.
“We are now going to write to Immigration to deport this Chinese fellow na umihi sa kalye ng Maynila, na nanapak pa… We will request the immigration to deport you and ban you from entering the country,” he added.
Article continues after this advertisementMoreno said that while the City of Manila welcomes Chinese nationals – as some of them do business in the nation’s capital – as well as other foreign nationals, all of them should respect and follow the rules of the city.

“If it is applicable – our laws and ordinances (are) applicable – to ordinary John Does and Mary who are Filipinos and citizens of Manila… (it is also applicable to) foreigners,” Moreno said.
“So ‘wag na ‘wag niyo ‘yang gagawin sa Maynila. I hope you will not do it again,” he added.
Villaluz is currently under the custody of Manila Police Station 11, and facing complaint for violation of Article 148 of the Revised Penal Code for direct assault. Faye Orellana, INQUIRER.net
