LOOK: Isko Moreno takes oath as Manila mayor

MANILA, Philippines – Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso took his oath on Sunday morning as the 27th mayor of the city of Manila.
Moreno took his oath before Chief Justice Lucas Bersamin at the Manila City Hall’s Bulawagang Katipunan.
Moreno won against former Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada in the midterm elections by over 100,000 votes.
His running mate Honey Lacuna also took her oath as reelected Vice Mayor of Manila before Bersamin

Lacuna defeated Estrada’s running mate Amado Bagatsing by over 100,000 votes.
