Cebu City police chief Garma is next PCSO general manager

MANILA, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte had named Police Col. Royina Garma as the next Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager.

“[She] will replace Balutan,” Duterte told reporters after gracing the premiere of “Kontradiksyon,” a political action thriller about the administration’s war on drug.

“Balutan has been out. Garma will replace him,” he added.

Duterte was referring to Alexander Balutan who resigned in March after corruption allegations were hurled against him.
