Ormoc stages 5th festival for its main produce, pineapple

ORMOC CITY—The Ormoc City government staged its third Piña Festival on Sunday (Kune 23) to promote its main agriculture produce, pineapple.

Eight contingents coming from various schools in the city took part in contests that featured pineapple-themed costumes.

The STI College of Ormoc won the top prize of P500,000. (Editor: Tony Bergonia)
