MAMBAJAO, Camiguin—Criminal charges will be filed against the driver of the van that crashed while carrying call center agents, killing three of them at the village of Poblacion here on June 22, police said on Monday (June 24).
Capt. Arnold Gaabucayan, Mambajao police chief, said the driver, Joy Sobremisana, will be charged with reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide.
Killed in the crash were Julie Ann Mae Oliva, Jovert de Asis and Ian Jumahali (not Jumahilili as reported earlier). JIGGER JERUSALEM (Editor: Tony Bergonia)
