Duterte appoints 20 new judges
MANILA, Philippines—President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed 20 new judges, including an Oriental Mindoro prosecutor still recuperating from a gun attack last June 10.
The wounded prosecutor, Josephine Caranzo, is now regional trial court (RTC) judge in Calapan City.
