MANILA, Philippines — Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over Palawan due to the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, the state weather bureau added.

Pagasa warned of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas. (Editor: Gilbert S. Gaviola)
