MANILA, Philippines — Thirty-nine party-list groups have received their certificates of proclamation (COPs) which is needed to occupy a seat in the House of Representatives for the 18th Congress in July, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said on Tuesday.
In a list, Comelec said 39 out of 51 party-list groups have received their COPs as of June 10 (Monday):
