Pagasa: Thunderstorms to occur in Metro Manila, nearby areas

MANILA, Philippines — Thunderstorms in Metro Manila and nearby provinces will bring about heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds on Wednesday afternoon.

In its 2:28 p.m. thunderstorm advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Nueva Ecija and Tarlac will experience the said weather conditions in the next two hours. 

Metro Manila specifically Quezon City and Caloocan, Bulacan (Meycauayan, Marilao, Norzagaray, San Jose Del Monte), Rizal (Rodriguez, San Mateo), Batangas (Lipa, Mataas na Kahoy), and Quezon (Tagkawayan, Calauag) will experience similar conditions in around the same period, according to Pagasa.
